An Endless Summer
For those of us who live for sunny beaches and sparkling oceans, the summer season doesn’t need to end. You’ll find many fantastic places around the world to visit beaches that are still very much alive. Here are some destinations you must try and visit at least once in a lifetime.
Curaçao, north of the Venezuelan cost, is a country (yes, a country), which is part the Kingdom of Netherlands. You’ll spend your days discovering its capital, Willemstad, with their famously colorful town houses, the floating market and the Dutch-style cafés. The town will provide you with a very unique aesthetic, all spread across sparkling oceans and sandy beaches. For the more adventurous traveller, Curaçao is also a diving destination with a remarkable shipwreck to explore. While there, we recommend you stay at The Baoase Luxury Resort and enjoy the variety of amazing amenities, and even partake in some beach side yoga to relax between the endless activities offered there.
Moorea, French Polynesia would be another fantastic place to visit which also remains untouched by the winters cold. With no real main city a trip here quickly becomes about being one with nature. Your days will be filled with activities, between guided hikes through “The Pass of Three Coconuts” and enjoying the surreal atmosphere by the beaches in Tamea, a bay with turquoise waters like no other. When you're ready to go be sure to book your stay at Sofitel Moorea la Ora Beach Resort to stay in their unbelievable swim up over water bungalows.
If your mood geared towards a trip to the far east look no further than Bali, Indonesia. “The land of the gods” as its commonly referred to earned this title due to the endless experiences this region has to offer. The beaches are already world-famous but we must highlight them as you truly won’t find sandy beaches anywhere in the world like you will in Bali. If you're looking to party then Kuta is the town for you, there you’ll find some of Bali's most well-known beaches & most lively parties. If your looking to explore the island's holistic side, we recommend a stay at Banjar Kedewatan specifically at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Besides all the hotel's fantastic amenities, the team there are capable of organizing full days of Bali cultural experiences. They’ve been known to organize sessions with world-renowned local spiritual healers. The hotel is situated in Ubud, you’d be missing out if you didn’t take a class at the “Ubud Yoga House” or even take a day trip to Sanur, just a short journey from the hotel. There you’ll find a downtown area full of little cafés, incredible spots to grab an island fresh seafood dinner and art galleries with works you would not find anywhere else in the word. Finally an article that mentions Bali would never be complete without mentioning the Pasar Sindhu Night market, we suggest you skip dinner if you plan on going because the fantastic food options are simply endless.
These are just a few of the amazing places around the world that you could keep your summer vibes going no matter how cold it gets where you are. There is an endless list of possibilities you can choose from, if you’d like to hear about more from this list we’d recommend reaching out to our team.
Otherwise, safe travels everyone!
